The visit was perfect. Sign in was smooth. My technician was professional and easy to work with. I continue to be very pleased with all of my dealings with SJRA in Sewell.

All was exceptional except checking in there was a couple of clients with issues on their ordering forms and or insurance. The rest of the clients had to wait for 20 minutes until a second person came in to assist with check in. I think it would help if those people having issues moved away from the check in desk to try and settle their issues instead of tying up the check in process.

Despite the horrendous road conditions the day of my appointments, my experience at SJRA was wonderful! Firstly, the renovations are fabulous. The reception area, waiting areas and changing rooms are all bright and airy.The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The two techs that cared for me were excellent. Having a mammogram is never easy but the tech was wonderful.Because I wanted to go to the Sewell location, I did wait a little longer for my “dual” appointments. The wait was worth it. I will make all future appointments at this location from now on.Thank You

I had a bad experience with a mammogram a few years ago, so it’s a very scary process for me. The woman who took care of me was extremely thoughtful and considerate of my apprehension, and could not have been nicer or more gentle. I highly recommend the women’s center at Cross Keys.
