Some background knowledge first: I hate MRIs. I have had 2 before. The staff has always been kind and accommodating but it still makes me very uncomfortable. I don’t know if I’m claustrophobic or just anxious about medical procedures or both but it took me 3 weeks to schedule my MRI and I was sweating the entire phone call.I had even looked into another local center that offered a more interactive MRI with lights and sounds because I thought it would be better for my aforementioned fears but I actually hung up on this other center while on hold because my interactions with a majority of the people I spoke to were cold and they all sounded annoyed. And I’m a super polite and easy going person! It was making me uneasy about their ability to do the test!So I called SJRA and I was able to get an appointment immediately. Fromthe first first phone call, everyone was pleasant. My concerns were met with kindness and compassion. At my appointment, I was immediately put at ease. And even at check-in, I got a pep talk filled with kindness and laughter. Not only did I feel comfortable expressing that I was nervous, I soared through my MRI with the greatest of ease because of the wonderful staff at SJRA Virtua Health and Wellness Center.I hope I don’t need more MRIs but I am sure I will need other more routine tests and you can bet I will be scheduling them with SJRA Virtua Health and Wellness Center. And recommending my friends and family go there too! Thank you to all of the staff who helped me on 1/6.

My orthopedic surgeon prescribed an MRI of my knee to access possible injury. Scheduling the MRI at a convenient time and location was a breeze. the staff at the location was courteous and professional. The imaging process was comfortable and the MRI was done quickly.My experience was excellent and I would recommend South Jersey Radiology highly.

When I arrived I was taken care of quickly at the front desk and taken inside to complete my scan.Everyone was very professional and friendly.I would definitely recommend South Jersey Radiology in Washington Township to my family and friends.

Went to SJRA in Sewell NJ for MRI, MRA , and ultrasound same day, one test after the other. I was panicking because of previous experiences getting MRI. Not this time though! Ron, the technician tending me was great. He provided me with eye mask, ear plugs. Head set that depleated the noise. The machine was very comfortable. The width was huge and lots of ventilation. Honestly, I was pleasantly suprised how well it went. I'll never go anywhere else again. I don't want to forget to mention how polite and professional the entire staff was. I strongly recommend making Sewell SJRA be the location you go to for your radiology care.

My appointment went well. One thing I had a problem with was I had two things done but once I got there I was informed that they were scheduled a 1/2 hour apart. Not pleased talked to the intake person.ended up I got second test less than ten minutes from the 1st
