Do NOT come here. I came here for mild acne about 7 months ago. After rotating 3 different topicals, and taking oral medication daily, my skin is even worse now. I came in once a month and saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes and got blue light (which the MD said was free) and was told every visit that I have no copay or patient responsibility with my insurance other than paying for my medication. I was slammed with a $500 bill mailed to my house for all of my appointments at the end of the year. I couldn’t pay at the Short Hills office because they are so outdated, that they can’t even print a receipt. I was told to go to the jersey city office to pay my balance (which they were unable to explain). The front desk staff is very rude at Short Hills and ignorant and the Jersey City location confirmed that they are incompetent. I will not return and I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

She is smart and very experienced, she knows her stuff and is skilled at her job. Nothing is more important than the quality of the doctor, so I am happy and will keep seeing her. I trust her judgement and advice. That said, it is not the most professional operation. The front desk person was having a lengthy personal call, the dr was jumping from exam room to exam room w the doors open so I could hear her advising patients, the schedule didn't run on time, etc. It is not enough to make me leave the practice because, like I said, she is an excellent doctor. But just a heads up for new patients.

I wait 60 minutes for my turn. She took 60 seconds to rush through my appointment. She did not have patience to listen to your concerns. The only thing she care was how to persuade you to do some other procedures that can bring more income. I do not recommend her.

Waited for over an hour. Why do you book so many appointments if you can’t handle them ? Staff was overwhelmed with amount of calls and patients … will not be coming back again.
