Dr. Stankovitz helped my 2 year old son with a bone infection including 8 days of treatment. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. He made the whole experience very manageable, mentally and statistically. I would have been in disarray without his care for my son.

The worst experience ever

Unlike other doctors this practice cares about the patients first and the money last. They went out of their way to meet us at the hospital in an emergency. They assisted us in getting the insurance companies to pay and worked with us on the final bill. The bedside manner is second to none. The office staff is amazing. Thank you!!

Absolutely awful customer service and experience. My son broke his arm recently and we rushed here for him to get treatment (while he was screaming in pain). At no point did they tell us the facility was out of our insurance network. When we got the bill for $5000 we thought it must have been a mistake...nope. Tried calling to explain we could not afford that much of a bill and the only thing we were told was 'we could put you on a payment plan'. How about trying to work with a family who was dealing with an emergency and grow a heart? All about profit and in no way tried to give us a discount when they realized our insurance wouldn't be covering it. I will NEVER go back here again and urge everyone (even in an emergency) to find services elsewhere.
