I love this practice! They are exttremly efficient and Dr. Tsai is very knowledgeable. I have been coming here for 3 years for my contacts. Dr. Tsai understands my vision needs and makes sure my script is always updated.

Visit was quick, smooth and seamless.. They were able to provide and explain summary of benefits.

I came in to to get some contact lenses and the transaction was extremely smooth and easy the lady at the front desk and Dr David where all very helpful in choosing the right pair of contact for me. They are actually having a rebates promotion on the contact so your saving a few bucks. I purchased the 1 year supply of the two weeks disposable contacts and this included both the contact exam and an extra trial pair for you to wear for a week and small starter kit goodies that contains contact solution and case.

Excellent service each and everytime highly recommended prices are reasonable, plenty of eyeglasses and contacts to choose from

One star is only for the doctor's fast service. This place has terrible customer services, they just try to get me in and out as soon as possible with no smiles on their faces. People should realize that customer service is just as important as skills. When I tried to ask them more questions, they sounded annoyed and impatient. I thought since this place has been here for a while, they would be more people friendly, but boy was I wrong. I would never go back again (not even to fix my glasses that is kind of tight right now) because I do not want to see them again. I left very unhappy that day and did not want to argue with them. Instead, I wrote this and hopefully they would see this too and reflect.

I had a great experience, everyone was super helpful from start to finish, the associate in the front broke down what my insurance is covering and what I would be responsible for,my contacts was ready within two weeks and I got a tester pair which I wasn't expecting, but definitely help to transition into going from glasses to contacts I will be returning for future eye exams

This place should really be out of business. Shoddy work and horrible customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses. It took several days longer to get them than was promised (probably because he sends his orders to China) and I couldn't use them anyway because they didn't line up properly. He also tried to get me to pay in cash - so shady. A good optometrist would have told me that the frames I chose were not right for progressive lenses. I ended up ordering a new pair from Costco and I went in to see if he would adjust them for me. He said it would cost $25 - a service that many places do for free as a customer courtesy. When I tried to negotiate down, he and his nasty little helper got very rude with me. I paid him several hundred dollars for glasses I couldn't even use and he wouldn't adjust my other glasses for free or a small fee.

Dr Tsai is kind, patience, and work best with the patients. He will explain everything and will answer all your questions. I came today with my four year old son and he worked so well with my son. What a relieved! I will be coming back to this store for myself as well. Not too many selections of eye glasses but they do have all the good ones. I am glad that I came here.

bad service. They were trying to charge me 85 DOLLAR for trial contact lences, which is free in other optometrist.

I wish I can proceed writing this review without giving any star at all. This place does not even deserve a single star. Terrible terrible terrible customer services. Very very very rude! Asked one simple question, the guy can't even answer properly and has a nasty attitude and tone. Immediately I had to cancel my sales with them. It is just unacceptable behavior. Overheard him telling an elderly woman not to ask him too many questions. How rude and unprofessional is that?!!! Please do not go to this place...do yourself favor! I hope you find this helpful. I do hopeful they will read this as well, so they reflect and improve!
