Dr. Barrows is the most thorough doctor that I've ever come across. I think it's wonderful how he contacted and spoke to my daughter's other doctors and became part of a team for her. Even when I had to take her to CHOP, they looked at his reports and said that he is extremely thorough. He really cares and wants to get the correct diagnosis. He's gone above and beyond the entire time my daughter has been a patient. I would highly and easily recommend him. As far as wait times, I don't mind waiting for a doctor as long as when we're in there, they are focused on us and answer our questions. He has never rushed us out of the office and that I appreciate.

Dr.Barrows and staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I have worked with other pediatric endocrinologists in the NJ area and this office excels at customer service, bedside manner and follow through. As the parent of a child with type 1 diabetes as well as other issues I don't hesitate to say they go above and beyong my expectations. They are very much like family and know my son by name everytime. I highly recommend Dr.Barrows as a physician.

wait for an appointment i often months long but that is because I guess he is in demand. Calm personality. Knows his stuff. Maybe too laid back.
