First, they overbook. The waiting room AND hallway was packed, unconscionable in the age of Covid. I waited an hour and a quarter past my appointment time to be called in. When he asked why I was there, and I said Lipedema, he declared (at least three times) that he had no idea what that was. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if he treated that and was told yes. Go elsewhere. Anywhere.

Very knowledgeable physician. Took the time to explain to my parents in great detail what to expect for the surgery. Surgery went well post operative care was excellent. Would highly recommend this physician.

Please don't go Dr Brock he did my surgery January 2nd 2020,at riverview medical centre .I am dying with pain I had a other problem and he operate my leg for no reason, my legs still swelling and pain almost from one year,I'm struggling with pain and stress. And I cannot afford his Bill's and I don't any health care. He make me handicapped.

Wish I could give this guy a zero. He almost killed my husband during lymphedema excision surgery. Be warned!

I had a surgery scheduled for 10:30 and to be at his office by 9:30. The day before, I was called by one of his staff, Amy. She informed me in the middle of Thursday that my appointment was moved to 12:15 & to be at the office by 11:15. I had a few hours to find a new way to get to & from the surgery center. My original ride had to re-arrange her schedule to accommodate me. Amy's attitude was very dismissive. I was given 1 appointment and at the last minute given a much later time. The difficulty in finding someone on a work day that could give me a ride is very difficult and to be dismissed as there's nothing anyone is going to do is disrespectful to the patient. The lack of respect is shocking. I'm also a doctor and never spoke to a patient that way, nor has my staff in 20 years of practice

Dr Broch is amazing im very lucky to have had him be at the hospital the day i was admitted although i lost 2 toes on my left foot he saved my leg from the knee down and that was a blessing......he's an amazing doctor
