Dr. Walia is truly a wonderful doctor. He takes the time to listen thoroughly explains options in a selfdetermined approach and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. I’m so lucky to have found a doctor who does not have poor bedside manner push medications and force treatments. He’s just the opposite always thoughtful and kind in his art. He’s also quick to respond even off hours. Highly recommend.

Dr. Walia treated my pain. I was miserable during my evaluation andhe made me feel at ease. He was knowledgeable, thorough, took great notes, and listened to what I had to say. When I was getting my first shot, he explained eveything that was being done. I like that he took the time to talk to me about what I need to do going forward. Today I feel great! I have suffered with L4L5 L5S1 disc herniations for over 30 years. Over the last 5 years the gnawing pain and neurological symptoms of these herniations have progressed rapidly. Dr. Walia is a very professional and highly skilled physician He genuinely listened to me immediately allayed my fears and assured me that surgery was not my only option. Dr. Walia thoroughly educated me. He explained how various pain management procedures were available to relieve my constant discomfort and injuries. With my deepest appreciation to Dr. Walia and his kind assistant Laurie I have found pain relief and can maintain an active lifestyle because of their expert care. I cant truly express my gratitude for enabling me to live virtually pain free I confidently highly recommend seeing Dr. Walia if you suffer with painful injuries. The woman who makes appointments after seeing the doctor is terrible. I told her exactly what the doctor told me to tell her and she told me I was wrong. Then she went to speak to the doctor.She ended up making 2 appointments for me 1 at the office, and the other at a surgical center. I waited all day to receive a call from the surgical center telling me when to come in for the procedure. I finally called them and was told I didn't have an appointment for the following day. She then called the doctor's office and they did fit me in. The woman at the office argues with me every time I go there. I saw Dr. Quinones, but she left the practice and she was wonderful! Her replacement, Dr. Walia, hasn't done any procedures on me, but he doesn't make eye contact, and types the entire time I tried to talk to him. They do have a really nice PA named Patrick that I see instead of Dr. Walia, but I am uncertain if I will return to the office.

I have been going to this office over 10 years. I have a complicated case where I have hardware through out my lumbar spine and also hardware through out my neck too. I know when I go see Dr. Walia he is going to help me in any way he can. He is so good with the needles and has to get into areas that are extremely hard because of all the hardware but he was able to do that. My experience with Dr. Walia has alway been great he know's me well and my conditions, he is cheerful, kind, and extremely intellegent man, I feel extremely confortable with him he listens to everything I say and how I feel and he know exactly what to do. When I leave I always feel a weight has been lifted off me because of him, he know's exactly what area's need to be treated. Everyone in the office is so kind and they work on my papers for the Ins. Co. right away so I can get in right away for my procedures, they are always cheerful and asked how I'm doing and I enjoy talking to them. I read some reviews and was very suprized on some comments that was said, especially the one saying she saw Dr. Walia and the next day she was suppose to get injections at the surgery center, well I know it has to go thru the insurance company first for the authorization and thats not done by the next day so I don't understand why that person said that about the office and everyone shouild know that, everyone needs to educate themselves with there Ins. plan and how it works for procedures. Then someone else said he types while he talks to you, well just think he is listening and typing so he is deffinitly is getting all your information down! I take no medications for my conditions and that is because of him... I have never had a problem there what so ever, and if you saw me you wouldn't even know I have hardware throught my spine, Dr. Walia keeps me going with his experience in pain management he keeps me enjoying my life!!!

I had a terrific experience. Dr. Walia is wonderful. He is patient, explains things clearly and very gentle with injections. I would highly recommend him.

After 9 years and multiple doctors, I finally got relief for my lower back and knee pain. Dr. Walia was able to identify the source of my pain and I finally have relief. I highly recommend Dr. Walia and Premier Pain. The office staff are very accommodating and pleasant.

After arriving on a Friday afternoon after leaving work, I had an appointment in which they couldn't locate my records. Therefore I left the building, received a phone call that they found my records 10 minutes after i left. Staff was very unorganized and not prepared for my office visit. After meeting with Dr Walia my husband was forced to leave the exam room after I insisted that I wanted him with me. He continued my exam where I did not feel comfortable. Not only did I not feel comfortable, he had no bed side manor and was very rude. I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone seeking pain management treatment.

Dr. Walia is very gentle and takes time to listen and understand your history and current pain before rendering his diagnosisopinion. He has given me three Lumbar Medial Branch Blocks in the last few years and the latest enabled me to take a trip to Paris after wanting to do so since I was last there in 1974. I very highly recommend Dr. Walia and the entire staff at Premier Pain in Shrewsbury
