I had revision rhinoplasty surgery back in August 2022. I have had nothing but problems since the surgery and regret having the surgery. The office has been awful to deal with as well. They are all about money and not about patient care. I will need to have a follow up surgery due to negligence on Dr. Kaufman's part during the surgery. I now have a lump on the side of my nose that was never there before the surgery. I am almost 8 months post op and have given healing enough time at this point. I still can not breathe properly and he just states to keep waiting. Extremely unhappy and dissatisfied.

I was very pleased and happy with my experience. My breathing is incredible and I love the aesthetic of my nose. The enhanced breathing, the helpful staff, and the thorough and thoughtful explanation of the operation and recovery process left me very happy that I chose Dr. Kauffman. I can’t recommend Dr. Kauffman and staff enough.

I was very concerned about having plastic surgery which in my case was not for cosmetic purposes. But, from the moment I met Dr. Kaufman, I felt very confident that I had chosen the best. Besides being a skilled surgeon with a lengthy resume of accomplishments as a plastic surgeon, he was extremely personable, down to earth and has a good sense of humor which, without question, made me feel more relaxed and comfortable with what I was soon going to face. On the day of surgery I found that what was even more impressive is that he remembered certain personal things about me from the consultation appointment that he brought up and we discussed during the surgical procedure. Dr. Kaufman has great bedside manner and is a caring physician. He took time in responding to all of my questions and concerns, and I did not feel the least bit rushed. It has now been a week and I am very satisfied how everything is healing. Also, his team is very knowledgeable and caring.
