The Kaiser Medical Spa's Online Review Report Card

I purchased a package of three facials. Due to the aesthetician's limited hours, more than one year had elapsed from the time of purchase when I tried to schedule the final facial. I was unaware of the one year expiration and the facility refused to honor my package as it was 43 days past expiration. This seems a shabby way to treat a customer.

I absolutely love this medical spa. I've been to two of their amazing esthetician's for a facial. My skin has been glowing since I've been visiting this spa. I will definitely be making my monthly appointments here! Highly recommend!! The spa is very clean and has an extremely relaxing atmosphere.. don't wait just book your appointment

I have been to this spa a few times and would recommend it enthusiastically. I am not a candidate for Botox, so I am very pleased with their exclusive No Tox treatment. My skin is firmer, exfoliated and bright. Anna, my technician, is one of the most knowledgeable women I've met in this industry. Her advice is invaluable! Visit this place soon!

I have been going to Kaiser Medispa for 1 year so I feel confident in my experience with their facial services. Front desk staff have consistently been helpful and pleasant. I really enjoy Anna for my facials. She shows attention to detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin care. I have had a good experience every time I've been there in the past 12 months.

Bought a Groupon for microdermabrasion and ended up getting one of the worst facials, EVER! This place has very limited hours (didn't know prior) so I made the appointment a little while after Groupon purchase. I spoke to the aesthetician prior to service simply stating I have sensitive skin (nothing uncommon/unusual) with that being said this woman took it upon herself to give me a half a** facial...NO Microdermabrasion!!!! Now because I purchased the Groupon a while before appointment I wasn't doubting myself..maybe I purchased a facial by mistake?! After checking my purchase on my phone while sitting in the parking lot, nope it was microdermabrasion. I called and told the girl I did not have microdermabrasion I got some gook slapped on my face and a cheek rub! I was told she would get back to me. Long story short I was refunded but the aesthetician took it upon herself to do whatever she felt necessary. I was new to the area and looking to find my go to facial spot!!! STAY AWAY!!! I just had an amazing experience at Kaiser Medispa with Anna. A facial and a peel . Perfection .

This was the first time in a long time I logged into Yelp, just because of my experience, today, at Kaiser Medispa. I did a microdermabrasion treatment and nothing about the place felt warm and inviting, the treatment was okay at best (I don't see or feel a difference, at all, really) - the esthetician was very sweet, though? But, my sole focus is the treatment room. It was disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. I found it strange that I was led to change in the cramped, not too pleasant smelling room with the lights off - no candles for aromatherapy or light, nothing. Just a dark room. When the facial was over, same. No lights were turned on for me. So, when the esthetician left, I finally turned the lights on and WOW. The sheet I was laying on was LOADED with stains. Dust all over the place, stains and residue all over the furniture and equipment, and garbage on the floor. It was disturbing. I will honestly never recommend this place to anyone. I had to take a shower when I got home.

My favorite spa ! I found Kaiser Medispa by a Groupon years ago and have never left. Michelle is my favorite aesthetician. She is not pushy and truly cares for her clients. Both my daughters have gone to her for facials and eyelash tint and lift and were thrilled with her talent. I highly recommend their skin care treatments and so glad I found them on Groupon.
