List of Dr. Nicholas Depace's Reviews
I've been a patient here since Nov 2021. I've had 4 appointments scheduled with Dr DePace, but after waiting for 4-7+ hours in the waiting room, twice I've ended up with different Drs trying to treat me by reading Dr DePaces' notes. My last appointment, in May, Dr DePace raised my pain medication to Tramadol 100mg once a day, from 50mg. That script ran out on 6/18/22. I started calling a few days prior as a heads up, and here we are 11 days past my refill date, and I STILL don't have my medication refill. I had to pay a copay to see my PCP, and explain to him that the staff and Drs at Franklin Cardiology were ignoring all of my and my pharmacys' NUMEROUS attempts to refill my meds, just to get him to give me a week's worth. They were notified at least 3 times by phone and email since I've been to my PCP, and they STILL haven't refilled my meds. Guess I should've known better months ago when it took 5 calls over 2 months 2 get a call back about xhect pains and fainting. What a joke.

Guess I should've known better months ago when it took 5 calls over a 2 months period and a complaint call to get the NP on the phone to take a written message about my chronic fainting and chest pains. My next calls will be to the medical board for neglect and negligence with copies of all emails, and voice recordings of my numerous voicemails. Completely deplorable behavior for a specialty office that deals in Dysautonomia and KNOWS FIRST HAND the pain I'm experiencing. No one deserves to be treated like an insurance check. Time to find a new Dr.
Doctor Depace is wonderful, caring, patient, takes his time to find out your problem. He may take a while but its worth the time. Bedside manners. He cares about his Patients.
I was ok with a 6 hour day being sick. I waited patiently. The office does not return calls. I’ve been calling for 3 months as well as my pcp for results/records. He repeatedly balance bills and charges insurance for tests he does not do. Billing goes to another doctor you never see. Fraudulent. His new doctor’s license was just re-instated. He has many sanctions. The office is a complete utter mess. Medicare is investigating. I’m beyond frustrated with this negligent office.
Our family has had a very awful experience with Dr.Depace staff. They as well as Dr. Depace never returns your call. They don't follow up with whatever they are supposed to do . I personally due to our pass experience would not recommend this office to anyone.
Verified that they accepted my insurance before making my appointment. Gave all my info over the phone and the time I show up to my appointment I'm told they don't accept that insurance. Train your staff better because this is ridiculous and a complete waste of time. It's ashame because they have tremendous Doctors
The care here is really bad. You will sit in a packed waiting room for hours waiting for the doctor who only spends 15 minutes with you. The receptionist said that Dr. Depace sees over 30 patients each day. How can you provide anyone with quality care?
Unprofessional Egotistical and Disrespectful to Pt
Rude Unprofessional Couldn’t get in touch with him for DAYS !! Made us an appt for a time that he wasn’t even in office for until 2 hrs later ! UNAPOLOGETIC
Worst care I have ever received. I've called 3 times within the last 5 weeks and nobody returns my calls. I've even emailed. Appointments are very rushed and it's impossible to get ahold of anyone in between appointments. I've been trying to get my medication refilled and they are ignoring that also. You will wait hours to see the doctor and he will order a bunch of tests that he will never review with you. I regret wasting my time here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
