Laurie is very unprofessional and Dr Nicholas De Maria didn't even bother to come out to talk to me prior to the incident. Laurie is very antagonizing and rude.

I had an appointment at 10:30 today and I went to check in, the receptionist told me to have a seay. I was called back to the window by a rude office worker named Laurie, kept telling me I owe a bill she gave me a copy of my bill , I went to my car and called the insurance company, that explained the bill to me and I went back inside to reschedule the appointment, and she came up to me again and said, " you have anther part of the bill" I told her I did not need it, they already explained the bill. She pushed the paperwork to me , I pushed it back and told her again I did not need it, she continued to verbally announce the amount in front of everyone. It's like she wanted a confrontation with me. The other staff was very nice. Laurie has to take responsibility that she is rude and ineffective in her listening skills. She said that Dr De Maria had to see me afree I rescheduled my appointment. I told her I wanted to speak to The Dr in reference to my experience at that momen, he refused to speak to me and she told me he said I had to leave. This is not how you treat patients.

Just left there bf had 10am appointment was 10 minutes late due to traffic and when got there had to reschedule due to late and not filling out new patient forms online. Ridiculous he wont be returning there office staff was not helpful and rude

My family has been going here since I was a child and I have been a couple of times. Not once have I ever experienced what just transpired to me. I called about having a sinus infection and because they changed their system they lied when my last appointment was which I can prove and also told me because I am not vaccinated they would not treat me and I should go to urgent care. It is one thing if I had been in contact with someone with COVID but that is not the case. They are not a private practice and this is discrimination. I will no longer be returning here.

Dr DeMaria takes his time and listens. My father is 87 years old and has some health problems. Dr Demaria always explains everything properly and thoroughly before he sends us to a specialist. I would definitely recommend Dr Nicholas DeMaria!

Dr.DeMaria and his staff are awesome! They got me an appointment same day on short notice ! It’s only my second visit! Went through health history and listen to everything I had to say. Took very good care of me! I love Dr.DeMaria and his staff! Glad he is my new Dr!

I called for 4 days to get a appointment no one called back.Finally a week later I called again and some one called me and gave me an appointment. one month later no call back to tell me,my insurance company told me he was not taking my insurance.And I have serious health problems.I think his staff is rude and he seems to only care for the money.I would not save go there

The NP are wonderful, however, the front desk has a coldness, and not welcoming. Not caring! When I tried to call to get important information during working hours I got voice mail. Not even an answering service. Unfortunately I will have to physically go to the office to obtain the information needed. No warm and fuzzy here!

I wish I could give them negative stars.I haven’t been here for years then all of a sudden I get a call confirming my appointment. I called back and told them that I didn’t make it and that I haven’t been there for years and they told me that I would have had to pay a no show fee. I asked them why since I never made the appointment and they told me that it’s their policy even though it’s their mistake. I will never go back there now.
