I have been a patient since 2017. I have. never had a problem getting an appointment or refill. The doctors and staff are friendly, but professional. Whenever I need their help, I have gotten it. The Covid protocols, like everywhere, were and still are, annoying, but that is the fault of politicians directing healthcare, not the practice itself. At this time in my life I would not go anywhere else for my primary care.John HMays Landing, NJ

Just left there bf had 10am appointment was 10 minutes late due to traffic and when got there had to reschedule due to late and not filling out new patient forms online. Ridiculous he wont be returning there office staff was not helpful and rude

My family has been going here since I was a child and I have been a couple of times. Not once have I ever experienced what just transpired to me. I called about having a sinus infection and because they changed their system they lied when my last appointment was which I can prove and also told me because I am not vaccinated they would not treat me and I should go to urgent care. It is one thing if I had been in contact with someone with COVID but that is not the case. They are not a private practice and this is discrimination. I will no longer be returning here.

Dr.DeMaria and his staff are awesome! They got me an appointment same day on short notice ! It’s only my second visit! Went through health history and listen to everything I had to say. Took very good care of me! I love Dr.DeMaria and his staff! Glad he is my new Dr!

Long wait, no fax, long wait for return calls bout test results, Doesn’t do Hosp. Answering machine DRIVES ME NUTS GLAD IM NOT DIEING

The NP are wonderful, however, the front desk has a coldness, and not welcoming. Not caring! When I tried to call to get important information during working hours I got voice mail. Not even an answering service. Unfortunately I will have to physically go to the office to obtain the information needed. No warm and fuzzy here!

Ill rate the telephone answering system a 0. When your sick you shouldn't have to leave messages to the point where you get angry and upset. Office staff needs to pick a phone up. The doctors are the best! but they well start losing good patients with there terrible customer service and relation staff! Please fix the problem Dr. DeMaria. Hire someone who can answer calls and make your patients a priority its good for business!

Love the Doctors. Don't like the fact that the office changed the way they accept calls for making appointments. Instead of someone answering the phone, now it goes straight to a voicemail where you have to leave a message. Then you have to wait for hours before someone returns your call IF you get a call. As to bloodwork & physical, I was told to remind them to fax my results to my surgeon 2 days later(on a friday), which I did. But of course I had to leave a voicemail(hours before their office closed). I was never notified if they indeed faxed it over(this was the last day for my surgean to receive the results). Monday morning(while I was in class) they left me a message telling me the results were in(it was supposed to be faxed 3 days prior). I called 5 minutes later(9am) & left them another voicemail. No reply. I left then ANOTHER voicemail around 5pm. Still Nothing. I had to call my surgeon (during closed hours)& leave her a message regarding the paperwork she needed & told her I'm still waiting for my Doctors office to reply. It might be too late & the surgery may have to be rescheduled in another 2 months.

I wish I could give them negative stars.I haven’t been here for years then all of a sudden I get a call confirming my appointment. I called back and told them that I didn’t make it and that I haven’t been there for years and they told me that I would have had to pay a no show fee. I asked them why since I never made the appointment and they told me that it’s their policy even though it’s their mistake. I will never go back there now.

I love Caroline, She is so attentive and sweet, however their staff and office Manager are very rude. Dr. De Maria needs to hire people who know how to handle patients. Your staff is a reflection of you, hire people who love what they do...
