Not sure about the medical care, but the lady at the front desk was so rude that I left without care.

The care we received at the time was great but I’ve been trying to call back to get a different antibiotic prescribed for my daughter bc the one she has now hurts her stomach and there is no way to get ahold of anyone. The welcome recording says if you want to speak to someone to keep calling back but 20 calls later it’s still the same recording. No answering machine either. Very frustrating to not have any way to reach the doc for follow up.

first i would like to say that the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. she was the only factor in this experience that would make me rate this above one star. i went into the office because i fell and sustained a pretty bad scrape and then i also could not feel my foot for above 12 hours. when i explained that to the doctor, he flat out told me that there was nothing he could do, BUT also said it could be pretty serious??? if you can’t do anything for me, why are you putting the idea in my head that this could be a serious problem without knowing exactly what it is? he also brought up me possibly having multiple sclerosis which you cannot diagnose until you run multiple tests. when i started to get upset and anxious, he sat there and just stared at me and was not empathetic at all. i felt rushed out of there and it did not seem like he cared about my well being at all. doctors should ALWAYS be empathetic to their patients, no matter the illness that they endure. i was so upset when i left this urgent care because i have never been treated like this by a doctor before.

Go to any other urgent care center in the area but stay away from this one. Very unorganized front desk. I was told to come in as I was next to be seen. I then waited over 2 hours and finally asked the reception when I’ll be seen. I was told they called my name, which they didn’t. Then they put me in the bottom of the waitlist.

This place is terrible. I waited for 3 hours to see a rude doctor for under 10 minutes! She was dismissive and barely evaluated my daughter and sent us on our way with meds and no real diagnosis. 2 days later i was in the CHOP ER getting answers!

I was miss diagnosed Sunday- having a allergic reaction. She said it was a peanut allergy even tho I've ate peanuts all my life. Plus I tried over and over to tell her it wasn't peanuts because my husband was experiencing some symptoms as well. She told us to get back in line and sign in again... THE DOCTOR GAVE ME THE WRONG MEDICATIONS FOR THE WRONG ALLERGY- I was correctly diagnosed on Monday and now recovering. Waste of time and money. Mistakes in the medical field can be fatal!she should not have a license to practice

Such thorough care. Both my sister and I needed to go there for URI and would recommend this facility. The Doctors and staff were excellent.
