Francis Kralick's Online Review Report Card

As a fellow healthcare worker, I was very hurt by the treatment I received post op from Dr. Kralick. I had a major surgery, 3 level spinal and at my post appointment he never assessed my incision or performed a neuro assessment for strength. His staff despite me reporting being short of breath never did vitals (no pile ox). However in Dr. Kralick’s clinical notes he indicated that he performed a compete assessment completed. His integrity went out the window with this not even mentioning how he walked out of my appointment with me still having questions. I left clearly upset I tears and despite this and bringing it to administrations attention, I have yet to hear back from him (6 weeks post op) or them post op 6 weeks and counting. This was callus care, unprofessional and very inhumane. I am sadly disappointed in the care and lack of follow up from Shore Hospital administration. I guess the patient does not matter despite that being their hospital’s vision and mission statement. I am having post op complications and feel left alone because of this. Shame on you Dr Kralick and Shore administration (C. Negron and Z Gomez) for not caring enough to follow through with this. If this is your standard of care God help our health care system.

Laminectomy and follow up visits. Dr always took time to answer and explain issues.

Dr Kralick was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. Very good experience.

I had lumbar laminectomy surgery in September 2022 at Shore Medical Center and was very pleased with the surgery and overall care from both the surgical staff and the hospital staff.

Terrific experience. Dr Kralick was patient, thoughtful and thorough in explaining expectations of my procedure. His staff was friendly and professional. The surgery and recovery was better than expected. Would highly recommend Dr. Kralick if you require surgery.

Dr. Kralick listens to me about what is going on with my body instead of just going based off of what test results say. I felt pain relief immediately and it felt great to know that he cared and was willing to help me.
