List of Gary Oxenberg's Reviews
I was looking for a new Doctor, as I am new to the area. I did have a chance to read the other reviews and I did think it is incredibly unfair to demand the front desk personnel to be hired for and naturally speak multiple languages, otherwise most Americans would be jobless. What's wrong with calling the office ahead of time alerting them of your language deficit? What's more fair/more realistic is that the office evidently has access to medical language translaters and other sources for all language needs. Regarding Dr. Oxemburg, he was gentle, kind, and thorough for my particular needs. He asked all the right questions and was appropriately inquisitive about the health history of aches and pains discussed. I found him to be professional and detailed orientated, so from that direct experience, I see no reason not to recommend him. The young lady at the front desk was sweet, soft spoken, and knowledgeable. She handled the paperwork and my scheduling needs very professionally.
Over the summer I send several medical papers, office lost , have a temp don't know anything, today I was brush off by a new reception that covered and brush me upon my medical then Dr talks over you and don't listen..bad side manners, out all wrong medical information and insurance.. wasn't happy, waisted alot time of traveling so far for a secretary huffing and puffing over me going what I need ..
I did everything I was supposed to do. I filled out all my paperwork digitally two days before my appt. I arrived to my 1pm appt twenty minutes EARLY just in case and good thing I did because none of my paperwork went through so I had to fill it out again. 1hr and 12 minutes after I was shown into an exam room I am still waiting to be seen by the doctor. What a joke…. Even did a self eye exam while I waited….
I found the Dr very intelligent and prepared for seeing me. He was patient with me, knowing my high anxiety could have me running from the room any moment.
I wish there was more space to write about what a joke this doctor is I originally went because of a uti which seemed to develop into something much worse. Oxenberg was in a rush, barely listening to what I had to say. I asked if they could take urine and I was dismissed, his main goal was to write me scripts and get me out. The antibiotics that were given to take for 4 days(now day three) has not worked. I will be changing doctors ! and the wait time was absurd. Save your time and money!!!
Their office front desk need bilingual staff... and never call back for the referrals

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
