Dr. Rod is wonderful. She listens to my complaints and shows me that she cares about my health. She is thorough and follows through with the proper testing, etc. I always feel good about the care she gives.

I had always been in generally good health and never saw a primary doctor regularly until an unexpected injury changed my life. Dr. Rodriguez and her office staff have been wonderful. In this time of social distancing, I prefer the Zoom appointments. When I call to schedule, there is always the option of punching your phone number and date of birth in. Your place is held in line and they call you right back. Dr. Rodriguez is kind, compassionate, and very thorough. The doctor-patient relationship is a two way street. For example, it is important for me to write a list as medical questions and concerns come to mind, so I am ready when I have an appointment. If Dr. Rodriguez orders lab work or a referral, I receive the paperwork in the mail in a timely manner, and she is ready with the results at our next video appointment. I would recommend her to anyone who has a busy schedule or is immune compromised and prefers to stay in the comfort and safety of home.

Dr. Rodriguez is a great doctor! My grandson and I went to her and he loved her. The only problem is we could never get in on a day we were sick. The appointment was over a week later when we had to go to urgent care instead. We decided to go to another doctor. The staff used to be very nice but they were getting rude towards the end of my visits.

Dr. Rodriguez is a good enough doctor, but this office is a trainwreck. The credit card machine is broken every time I go, there has never been a single time I have ever called where someone actually picked up the phone, and nobody has ever called me back. It is impossible to make appointments or get in touch with your doctor.

Dr Rodriguez always spends time listening and asking pertinent questions. I think she is great. She is never rude. If you need a sick visit you need to be able to to go to whichever office had the first opening. Never had a problem with any staff member. They are all nice to patients.

Dr. Rodriguez is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. She is always available when needed. Very thorough in her examinations and diagnosis and provides recommendations and suggestions. I have recommended her to many people. So happy that our family found her.
