No one will answer phone. voice mail and no one calls you back. If you do reach a real person. They put you on hold and never come back.
My husband had a lactose test done a month ago, also a fructose test. He is very ill, we cannot get anyone to call us back with the results of these tests. The secretaries I speak with are so rude, they tell me they run 6 offices and they have many patients. I even made an appointment to discuss the results, 2 day prior to the appt., the office cancelled stating the dr. would just call him, he didn't. I am so frustrated, no one cares, or ever calls back.
Has no beside manner....doesn't return phone calls. Could be a week before you finally get a call back, secretary Shannon NEVER EVER returns a phone call and very unprofessional. Dr. never actually explains things to you. NEVER in all my years have I ever experienced such a lack of concern for your health issues and concerns and their unprofessionalism. Just is not acceptable for this profession. Would never refer anyone to Michael Krachman.
My husband and I both had colonoscopy's done, Dr. Krachman was prompt, very knowledgable and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend him and his staff, they were all very helpful!
Drs bedside manor is less than acceptable. Office takes messages but calls are not returned, even when patient is in extreme discomfort. No excuses for this poor level of service. Must be a "scoping for dollars" practice. Pt care seems to be way down on the priority list.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
