Took the time to explain why the necessity of additional testing. Was very professional, direct, concise and when done she asked me if I had any questions. When I thought of some after she had left the room she did not hesitate to speak with me again.

Dr. Avagliano had a very dry and "as a matter of fact" attitude while performing my breast ultrasoud. She said 'looks like they called you back for what "I think" it's breast tissue'. She sounded annoyed that she was wasting her time to double check on something not serious. I had been called back for more imagings after something they saw on my annual mammogram 3 weeks earlier. She said 'have a nice day', with not a nice tone and her back toward me as she was already closing the door of the exam room. She didn't asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Thank goodness for Melissa, the technician who performed my diagnostic Mammo (the same day). She was so sweet, kind, patient and reassuring. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Melissa has excellent outstanding bedside manners!!

No wait , we’ll coordinated. The technicians were very knowledgeable. From the receptionist to Jessica, the technicians, and Dr Peggy I felt at ease and well taken care of, sent home with a care package and instructions. Thank you!!!
