Doctors told me after many detailed scans that my baby was 100% normal. Turns out they read my scans wrong and my daughter had multiple physical defects and passed away at 10 days old. Front desk staff is also beyond rude and no matter how many questions you ask they will never give you a polite response back.

This review is not at all reflective of the medical staff of the practice but rather the front desk. I just drove an hour to get to my appointment, early, and was just refused service because I brought my 18 month old son who was in a stroller. I discussed previously my unique situation with the staff letting them know I did not have childcare and would have to bring him and I was assured that it would be fine. I was not given an alternate option or even the opportunity to speak with someone who could help me in the matter. It is amazing to me that someone with a high risk pregnancy was just denied their anatomy scan and told to find a new place to go or get someone to pick up my child. My experience was not only unprofessional but also very upsetting, again as a woman with a high risk pregnancy to be denied care I am very shocked in the staffs behavior and lack of empathy toward my situation.

The staff here is so friendly and made my experience so wonderful. Vanessa and Tiffany are so knowledgeable and gave me the best pictures ever! I will always come back to this practice in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

They don't let you record anything from the ultrasound nor do they give out a disc for your records (AMI does). Nobody there could give a reason why. All you get is a 3 picture physical wallet print like it's 1995. No possible way to get video of the movements. Also the waiting room was empty but it still took and hour to get seen with an appointment.
