I LIMPED into Shoreortho on 11/3 . I was very lucky .. first of all EVERYONE that works here is friendly and concerned for your well-being.. I had really no wait time .. my first time there .. I went into X-ray ..this technician is also super friendly.. and then I met Dr Barrett.. what a wonderful Doctor.. he knew how to relieve my my pain .. he spoke to me in words I understood to explain my dilemma and with that I got a shot .. I went home made dinner .. walked the dog .. woke up this morning.. the pain is GONE !! Thank you so much Dr Barrett and everyone at Shoreortho ??

Dr Barrett replaced both my hips and he did a great job! I had no leg discrepancy or any infections. I’ve heard horror stories from my support group from their surgeons and made me ?? Him even more!

I saw Dr. Barrett when I shattered my ankle. He was gracious enough to know at that time, almost 15 years ago, that he didn’t have the skills to repair that much damage. He referred me to an excellent surgeon in Philadelphia and I had the best care. It takes an honest and caring doctor to know your limitations. Dr Barrett was a fairly new surgeon but he knew enough to send me for the kind of Doctor that he aspired to be and has become. I’m back in his care and couldn’t be happier!

I broke my elbow on 1/1/2018. I procrastinated for a full week telling myself it was just a sprain. Dr. Barrett came highly recommended by family and friends., I am happy to say that the whole experience was more than satisfactory. Dr. Barrett is an excellent surgeon with an excellent staff. He has a warm, caring, respectful attitude toward his patients and I highly recommend him.

About 10 years ago I shattered my ankle in a bike accident. 3 months on crutches, 8 screws and a pin later i could finally walk. An to this day i have never had a problem with it, n i walk normal without even a limp.

I agree with previous comments. Barrett did not listen to patient.Did not recommend follow or course of action should condition reoccur. Which it did. Did not care patient could not walk without pain and swelling. In short. Terrible. Move on. Get another Doctor.

In Oct. of '15 I had a total knee replacement. A few months ago I had my other knee replaced. I realize how very fortunate I am to have had such an exceptionally skilled, kind, and compassionate surgeon as Dr. Barrett. I am ecstatic that both of my legs are perfectly straight and I can walk normally again without pain. What more could I ask for. I will be forever grateful to him. In addition, Dr. Barrett has a team of highly trained medical professionals who assist him. My thanks to them also.
