The Dr was very nice and knowledgeable but his staff doesn’t return phone calls. They did an antibiotic change, sent it to my pharmacy ans never called to inform me. I left the office with a Foley Catheter the MA Erica was supposed to call me to let me know what the plan was going forward. She never did. It’s not nice to leave a patient with a catheter, change their antibiotic and NOT CALL TO INFORM THE PATIENT. I’m a person not a number. I’m upset!

Bases level of care and type of treatment based on type of insurance you have, not standard of care. Doesn’t understand what the “informed” means in informed consent or “informed” refusal. Mr. Lehrfeld needs a refresher course on ethics, consent laws and communication skills.

This practice is the worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away. All about profit not patient care. Whoever manages this practice has no respect for patients. If a Dr. is not fully booked up with patients that day or not enough patients scheduled to bring in a tech for your testing you will get a call a few days before your visit that it needs to be re-scheduled. They will give the excuse, Dr had surgery, or tech was sick, etc. Profit first YOU second. Office staff stressed! Even Dr's are fleeing!
