I’m reading some of these negative reviews and that’s not my experience at all. Whenever I call the office and leave a message I get a call back usually the same day or the next. The doctor is great. She’s very knowledgeable and she takes her time and listens to me. The rest of her staff is really good too. I highly recommend Dr Etheridge.

I do like working with Dr Etheridge but every time I go, which isn't often, the wait is approximately an hour after appointment time. The staff is friendly but due to this wait every single time I would not recommend this doctors office. I always show up ten-fifteen minutes early too and I still have to wait so long. My appointment was at 215pm on a weekday I arrived early. I wasn't seen by Etheridge until 315.

Dr. Etheridge is great and would definitely recommend. I’ve had no issues with her office staff or Dr Elizabeth (nurse practitioner) who is also great.

Dr Etheridge is a great Dr. , but she has surrounded herself with an incompetent staff who loses my only copy of an accident report. The only office in America that can lose my only copy after I'm seeing her for brain issues after car accidents Common sense is non existent as the staff is terrible. Such a great Dr surrounded by the worst office staff in the world. May be an understatement. I've never dealt with Idk type attitude nice as pie to ur face. 3 girls just gathered in thr office talking while they lose my only paperwork. Ty smh.

Staff is not friendly. Doctor is warm and wonderful but her staff is absolutely dreadful.

She’s been my doctor for a few years. Overall she’s very good. One area of improvement needed is the office staff.

Dr orders tests then can't find results. Says she will call back and never does. Called the office, left messages twice as a follow-up for test results, no response. Tried to refill prescriptions, was told by Dr that they would be called in only to have refills cancelled. Poor quality and patient care. Office staff is rude and uncaring.

The BEST doctor EVER!!! Love!! Love!! Her . Office staff (Rochelle) is amazing love her personality. New office is beautiful and in a perfect location now.
