Bijal Desai does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Dr. Desai is a wonderful Doctor I had a Kidney transplant. He very good care of me.
Dr. Desai has patience and understanding as well as an expert in hisome field.
I didn't have a scheduled appt. they took me right away after I explained my situtuation, I really appreciate the service the hospitality!! and there Compassion as well as my referrals with no problem!
he was very pleasant dr. gAVE VERY GOOD EXAM EXPLAIN ANY QUESTIONS I HAD STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND DIDNT RUSH VISIT
Dr Desai is a very good nephrologist who explains in layman's terms what medically is happening in your kidneys. HOWEVER, (and it is a very, very big negative) he is surrounded by the worst staff of assistants I have ever encountered! His office manager and other associates, Shivan and Judy, are rude, and the complete opposite of helpful. I talked to Shivan 3x to get ready for my appointment and get a renewal of my prescription. She said I had to come into the office to get my script and they could not email it or mail it. (Even though they did that in the past). Finally I had them email it to me after calling for the 3rd time. Also, she never relayed the information to Dr. Desai that I would like to speak with him. When I called again, she just transferred me to Judy who was just as rude and obnoxious. Whenever they say they submitted my prescription, my pharmacy never has it and I have to call them back (and deal with the rude and obnoxious Shivan and Judy) and get them to resend. Sometimes a 3rd time. Finally I just had Dr. Desai actually write a script. In November, during a massive snowstorm, they closed the office but neglected to call me so I drove in the snow to get there and they werent there! The final straw was today when I asked for Dr. Desai to call me and Judy hung up on me. If you enjoy getting stressed out and being disrespected in nearly every breath, then by all means go experience the rude and obnoxious Shivan and Judy. But as for me, I've had enough.
The receptionist was so rude and unhelpful that I cannot bring myself to use this doctor.

Dr.Desi is an excellent doctor me and dad goes to him. I have absolutely no complaints, except for his very rude inpatient inconsiderate and extremely unprofessional staff. They have to realize that these are people lives and to be disregard and brushed off is uncalled for. If you don't like you job or you're not a people person then maybe this isnt the job for you. For me and mother to basically get into an argument just because we needed to speak to the doctor about medication was uncalled for and now I'm considering a new doctor.
Today i wasted my time ! I'm so frustrated.I was given an appointment for today, they gave me a reminder card after my first visit , oh.. surprise !the doctor was not there.I wasted my time, gas, tolls and half day, and the secretary just said "i'm sorry".With one "im sorry " is not enough. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
