I Have been a patient of Dr. Jain for many years, If I could leave 0 stars I would, I haven't seen Dr. Jain is years, I've been pushed off on nurses. when I voiced that to the front staff they have felt that are entitled to speak to me in any way they seem fit. I have tried to schedule an appointment recently for some health concerns I have to which the front staff Ruth and Barbara have refused to schedule me which is against the law... I have reported them to the Board as well as the insurance company. Take my advice and look elsewhere for a Dr that actually cares about his patients.

I have never written a review in my life but felt compelled to do so in this instance - you are better served to go to a doctor whose staff is not rude and where the doctor himself remembers that he has taken an oath to serve patients, Arrogance + Incompetence best describes this physician. There are far more empathetic and competent doctors in the area who actually care about their patients and their well-being and are not driven solely by $$

Good doctors yet very poor experience. After being a patient for many years with the same insurance I made an appointment for a physical 3 months in advance only to arrive and find out they had mistakenly changed me in their system to "self pay" and now wouldn't accept the insurance plan they had for many years previously. I was told I could pay $3-400 for the appointment or find another doctor. Thanks a lot CJIM.

Very happy with Dr. Jain and his staff. My wife and I have been patients for over four years now and cannot say enough about this wonderful doctor and his staff. In addition, on site phlebotomist is the best ever.

Great first visit with Dr. Jain. He took the time to get to know us and introduce himself. He personally knew and highly recommended a couple of our other specialists making us feel even more comfortable with him and our choices. He was knowledgeable and made it easy to understand why and what we were doing. Staff were happy and curious with a better than average wait time. Pleased with our choice.

I would rate this office lower than a 1 star if I could. The doctor's office received my ultrasound report and never called me. When I followed up with radiology group as to the status of the report, I found out the doctor's office had the report for a week. The results were abnormal and I had to have a biopsy! I finally found out that information after I left the doctor's office a nasty message asking for my results. The doctor's office made me a biopsy appointment that would have required me to wait 3 weeks so I called a different facility and went there for the biopsy within a week. The doctor's office has now had the biopsy report for almost a week and they still haven't called me with the results (although they promise me everyday that the doctor will call THAT day). The office staff and the doctor's response time to the needs of patients are TERRIBLE!! I will be finding a new doctor and I suggest you do too. I would NEVER trust this group to manage my health care or the health care of my family.
