haven't met him; need geriatrician for mother and he sounds great; however, one is only as good as their front desk and cleanliness. concerned.

Dr Kaufman is a highly skilled Geriatric Specialist who has a family practice. He is very knowledgeable & clear in his evaluations & thorough in his review of medical issues the patient is experiencing & explains in a simple direct manner how to manage illness, symptoms, medications & referrals. He is particularly concerned with CoVid-19 & the Delta Variant & keeping his patients healthy & safe. His protocol is extremely helpful when the patient experiences symptoms & if the patient needs hospitalization is available for Consult & oversee of care is impeccable. I have been a patient with Be Well Family Practice & Dr Kaufman for many many years. I highly recommend him & all his physicians without reservation. Choosing Dr Kaufman & his staff is the best decision I ever made.

His service is good but the facility is deplorable for a doctor's office. The bathroom is dirty dirty and dirty. The sink looked like germs breeding dish, with no soap to wash hands. With the paranoid time of covid and other diseases at high alert. Clean your facility. Please Your wife is not a good fit for your patronage, she is rude and her presence not good for a good working environment. Poor manager she is.

Nasty office staff, never return calls, rude, uninformed and are an embarrassment to the medical community and to the patients they service.

Dr Kaufman is exceptional. He is encyclopedic. He is also well rounded in holistic health.

0 stars if I could.After making 2 appointments for the same day about a week in advance, I was cut down to one appointment for my 6th grader to receive her booster shots. Reva Kaufman, doctor's wife and office manager, was rude and dismissive. Because they only had 1 of the 2 shots available, I questioned whether I would need to pay 2 co-pays. For some reason, this upset her to the point where she dismissed us, refusing to give my daughter any shots. When I pointed out that not honoring the appointments deserved an apology, she gave a half-hearted one and told me this is not going to work. Although I am dissatisfied that my time was wasted and my daughter still does not have her necessary shots, I was not impressed with the office environment. The office is old, grimy and cramped. How can you socially distance in a claustrophobic office? SMH

He is great and very detailed with a patient .

Dr. Kaufman has been my doctor for many years. He has been excellent in diagnosing any illness that I have had. When you talk with him, you can see that he really cares.

We've been wit Dr. Kaufman for over 19 years and have been very happy with him. His office staff has gone through many changes over the years and their service has been better as of late, but the most important part is Dr. Kaufman himself. He is willing to listen and explain and ask the questions needed. Because he can spend a lot of time with you and he's in great demand, his appointments tend to be very late as the day goes by. His associates/PAs have always been good and attentive as well.

He is an amazing doctor! He thinks outside the box and looks at the whole person.
