I contacted Dr. Hersh’s office after a head injury. Their appointments were full but I was sent a link to explain my issue via email to the doctor. It was explained that he is the only person who can prioritize more immediate issues. He contacted me the same day, gave me instructions & also gave me an appointment for 2 days later in the Monroe office (I had called Somerset). When I visited Dr. Hersh in the Monroe office, I arrived early & wait time was less than 10 minutes The staff was very efficient & professional. Dr. Hersh Conducted a thorough exam & scheduled the necessary test. I had an excellent experience.

Dr Hersh has a good rapport, is kind, knowledgeable and asks all the necessary questions. He then never rushes me in asking mine. A future treatment and follow up plan is discussed too.
