Excellent doctor! He is kind, intelligent, caring, knowledgeable. Dr ElBanna listens and answers all questions. He explains carefully, truly involves me in my treatment plan and is not in a hurry. I am very grateful that he is my doctor.

Dr el Banna is an incredibly knowledgeable, accessible andreally caring doctor. He explains everything in layman’s terms and builds rapport by combining his extensive expertise with genuine interest in your health (both physical and mental) concerns. Although super busy, he always makes time for his patients when they have urgent concerns and listens intently during visits. I love having him be part of my medical care team.

5 Stars - Only for HIM 0 Stars - His front office and other staff. Love Dr.Banna. Very knowledgable, cool, funny, smart and more importantly helpful. He is a doctor who spends enough time that you feel left out. He explains everything, you feel empowered as he involves you.. Everyone should because its your health. He's a GEM, a hidden gem for me as I recently found him. Now, the front office. You guys are working for a superstar, if only you can get some hospitality from him. No smile. You feel walking on egg shells talking to any one of them. They are so rude that they hung up even before you finish your question. Dr.Banna, please look into this.

He had a orienting PA or NP with him. Very strange, belittled me, downplayed my complaints. Said I had post nasal drip not a URI. Called later in week, nurse gave me rx for infection, felt much better. His behavior very strange considering some of the other reviews I read. Some preconceived judgement of me? I don’t know but never went back.

Love him. I actually, really do. He is so funny, cool, smart, and helpful. I firstly appreciate his functional medicine perspective and training, combined with his residency at the hospital and straight training, you get the best of both worlds. He will take the time to look up things on Amazon that you can buy, sitting with you and walking through everything so you're feeling empowered. He helped me figure out a lot of things that were mysteries to other specialists by putting together the whole picture from a functional medicine perspective. He's super cool too, he's got amazing graffiti sneakers and a fun-colored stethoscope. I hate doctors but I love him. Taking off one star because his appointments are too hard to get, his office is pretty blah, and his staff are the usual bad fare one encounters in medical offices. But he's a gem, like everybody else says.

I have been going to Dr Elbanna for many years now. Dr Elbanna is extremely knowledgeable! Excellent bed side manner and very very caring and very motivating. I have never felt rushed and his staff is very nice and accommodating. What I appreciate the most is his vast knowledge of all natural remedies to treat conditions/ailments (if that is a route you would like to follow). Additionally the office is nicely decorated & clean!

I just wanted to add another glowing review to the bunch. Dr. El Banna is the best Internal Medicine doctor I have even had. He has incredible bedside manner and medical knowledge, explains everything, pulls up information on the computer to illustrate what he is saying, even tells you how to save money on your prescriptions! He educates you on lifestyle and diet to keep you healthy. He actually sits in a chair and talks to you until there are no more questions, never running out the door or dismissing any concerns. This can mean that you might be waiting for a while to see him, but it's definitely worth the wait. He has a beautiful clean office and wonderful staff.

After being miserable with my GP's and their office staff my entire adult life, I did a ton of research before choosing a new doctor. Many that I called were not accepting new patients, but I'm glad that they weren't! I couldn't imagine a better experience after seeing Dr. El Banna over the past 7 months. He is smart, compassionate, warm and professional. I love how he works with you to fix issues from the inside out with diet and nutrition vs. immediately forcing meds on you. When he has prescribed medicines, I trust his reasoning implicitly. It is a joy to go to my appointments after dreading them for decades. His staff is also incredibly sharp and helpful. I hope he never moves away because I'm so happy to have found this practice!
