Dr. Goldrich explained exactly what he was seeing and looking for with my ears. He understood why I pick at them when they constantly itch, despite that habit leading to infection. He came up with a better plan than my PCP to deal with the itching & current infection.

Dr. Goodrich was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The Receptionist and the Nurse Practitioner with whom I dealt with, were also very professional and helpful. I’d rate my experience a 10 out of a 10 scale.
