This is the first time I've ever had an experience with medical staff that made me want to rate five stars. Not a single complaint. The entire staff was extremely kind and accommodating while maintaining true professionalism, the facility was spotless, I was called in from the waiting room in under a minute, every question was answered and every concern addressed. Fingers crossed I won't need another surgery any time soon, but if I do, I'm going to insist I come here! Made the whole experience of surgery ten times easier!

We recently had our daughter's tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy along with ear tubes done at the Raritan Valley Surgery Center. Our daughter is 6 and as expected was extremely anxious and nervous going into this surgery. Well, let me start by saying that 50% of her anxiety was gone when we did the tour of the facility and met the doctor and nurses in person. She felt more confident and safe. On the day of the surgery, everything went as planned due to the exceptional service provided by each and every person we came into contact with at the surgery center. Our ENT, Dr. Edelman was fantastic as expected. We had gotten multiple references for him. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Perez, who was really sweet and explained things really well to my wife in the Pre-Op room, the receptionist, Amanda was very kind & patient and helped my wife through the paperwork. All the nurses, Daphne (who was the OR nurse and with our daughter the entire time and the primary reason why she was so relaxed on the day of the surgery), Jennifer who brought us to the Post-OP room, Jackie who was our Post-Op nurse and explained everything to us very patiently and also brought our daughter out to the car in a wheelchair. Lastly, Alene, who is the CEO of the center, checked on us multiple times and made sure we were comfortable. I am sorry if I missed mentioning anyone but please note that our experience at this surgery center in this stressful time was nothing less than remarkable. Every person there was phenomenal in their care of my 2 year old! The reception staff was so friendly. The nurses from beginning to recovery were incredibly caring and helpful! The anesthesiologist was also so great and had a great bedside manner (especially with a fussy toddler). Couldn't be happier with their overall service.

My experience here was exceptional. From the staff at the reception desk to the nurses, they provided excellent care and created a respectful and compassionate environment. Even the CEO stopped by to check in. Everyone I encountered was extremely knowledgeable, kind and courteous, helpful, attentive and efficient. 10/10 would go there again.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Staff explained everything from insurance coverage, documents, procedure, pre-op and post-up, clearly and in the upmost professional manner. Staff was very caring and took the time to listen and answer any questions or concerns. 5 stars and more!

The staff, doctors and nurses at ENT office are very nice and personable. They are the most caring team that I have encountered. I was hoping to receive an outpatient survey to praise them on how they care for individuals
