I have never bothered to leave a review about a dr before bc my experience was usually average, this time I had to. Dr. Segal is the most caring, sensitive, compassionate most knowledgeable doctor I have ever come in contact with. I was going through a horrible 5 months where no doctor would do the surgery I so badly needed. Even though Dr. Segal himself couldn’t do the surgery bc it wasn’t his area, he helped me to finally get the care I needed. Without him I would still be waking up everyday scared to lose my arm and my life. I will forever be grateful for him and my boyfriend sees him so I know he treats all of his patients with that much care. Thank you Dr. Segal

He is a doctor with very good bedside skills and most importantly he listens to patient and give a lot of time to the patient to explain one's conditions .

Dr Segal is one of the kindest most attentive physicans in the practice. I saw several of his colleagues while in the RWJ with the exception of Dr Sinner the rest could care less about your questions. Dr Segal was available for my family and there many questions. I called his office several times after discharge and his nurse was exceptional. I went for an office visit after my hospital stay and the staff was so pleasant. I thank God for physicians who truely care.

Dr. Segal has an excellent reputation as a doctor, however, it is difficult to get past the fact that this office is so poorly run in terms of scheduling. So, unless you have 30 minutes to wait on the phone for an appointment and at least 45 minutes to wait for your scheduled appointment. I would recommend that you look elsewhere. Unfortunately, I am not one of those people with an infinitely flexible schedule.
