A patient around the time Covid started I went to be seen. Due to the change of insurance, health issues (contracted Covid) and finances was unable to return. I called years later and it wasn’t just an explanation, no questions asked just a cold reply “that I was told not to make any appts for you, you have to go see or find another Dr.“ this was after I asked why? Sad doctors are to supposed to help first, kindness and understanding will take you far. Deeply hurt and confused, what a shame…

I went to Susan Kabis on the advice of a family member. However, I was entirely let down. Dr. Kabis has cancelled on me numerous times after giving me the life challenging diagnosis of Lupus. She had me admitted to the hospital and then almost entirely disappeared. I would not recommend Dr. Kabis if you are looking for actual help with your health.

She is extremely thorough and trustworthy. Waiting to be seen is a trade off. She spends as much time as you need. She looks at all aspects of your health.

Best doctor in the world! I have been seeing her for almost 26 years...I would have been dead if not for Dr. Suzanne Kabis. She is an amazing diagnostician!

Dr. Kabis looks out for you which is why you undergo thorough testing and why appts can take longer than expected. She knows her patients. If a medical issue isn't in her domain, she'll refer you to a physician who specializes. It is all good advice, not arm twisting. Her sincere concern as a physician is uncommon these days.

She has saved my life and tears her patients as though it was her own loved one. She isn't a dr. That just throws scripts at you she actually finds a cause and root to your issue. Thank you dr kabis for your caring and loving mentality. We need more genuine and smart doctors like you! AJ

It's not worth the wait time. Had to wait over 5 hours on one occassion, only to be told she was still at the hospital. Then 4 hours another time. Ridiculous then only to be seen 10 min. They put you in a exam room then the nurse takes your vitals, then you left there waiting thinking the Dr. Is coming, but you hear conversations that shes not even there yet. Dam shame to have one waiting all the time. She ain't that dam good to keep patients waiting. I left and found another one just as good as she is if not better. Her staff is not that knowledgeable. That man needs to go as well, he dont know much about nothing, too dam slow when you ask a simple question.

Dr Kabis truly cares about her patients doing well. She is one of the best nephrologist I've ever had and I've been to a couple. She saved my life a few times, I am very grateful to be her patient. Great physician who's very knowledgeable!
