He is the best Doctor the best diagnosis t caring and experienced with all conditions. We have been using Dr Schwartzer for over 20 years and do not find any other Doctor in any other discipline to Compare!!

What's the point of having a great doctor who has zero availability and can't provide documentation when you need it? None. 15 years with this practice and its time for us to find a new doctor who won't take on more than they can handle and will be available for patients when they need care. You can be the greatest doctor in the world but that's completely irrelevant if you are never there when needed.

Dr. Schwartzer is a rare find these days -- a doctor who truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen and not just to record information on a patient database on a computer. He also evaluates the entire person and then makes a diagnosis -- so different from the many "specialists" one sees in today's medical world. I only wish there were more like him.

I have been going to this office for almost 5 yeRs for a condition no one was able to treat. I must say Dr Schwartzer is the best you can find in Internal medicine. I have been to gazillion doctors but the compassion, care and concern you see by this Doctor is exceptional. He has been very patient, very thorough with his diagnosis and very accomadatative and understanding when I did not have insurance. He is for sure an angel in disguise for me. I feel so much better and he had personally walked me through every single tone I have seen him. Very few doctors invest this much time and day in a patient in this time and day. If you are looking for a doctor who is compassionate and cares about his patient more than money go see Dr Schwartzer. As for the staff, I’m not too fond of anyone at the front desk other than Barbara, or Melissa . Monica in MedicalRecord is also amazing, she is very cooperative and efficient. Over all the best office if you are going through some life changing condition and need some medical and emotional support.

Dr Schwartzer is the premier internist in the central jersey region. He is a superb diagnostician and a caring responsive professional. My own case was one in which the diagnosis was not clear-cut initially but Dr. Schwartzer skillfully sought to recommend some tests that ultimately confirmed a not-to-common diagnosis and appropriate treatment was rendered. The practice could use a more professional front desk staff, but Dr Schwartzer is great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schwartzer for over 20 years. I believe he saved my life one time and I am forever grateful. Dr. Schwartzer is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He continues to stay abreast of state of the art treatments. A 5 star rating is not high enough in my opinion.

Dr. Schwartzer is not a good clinician. He does not investigate all diagnoses when presented with a sick patient. He picks one diagnosis and doesnt look at others leaving the patient continuing to get sicker and sicker without investigating other possible reasons.

Nice person be t just looks at basic tests and doesn't look further if he had he would have found many abnormalities and could have resolved by them for me. He would not believe me no matter what I said to him. He is very difficult to deal with.

Nice doctor. Incompetent, rude staff. Staff make it almost impossible to get test results. When the patient portal breaks down, it is the patients fault. CVS called in my script refill. Staff called my home with very nasty attitude to tell me "no RX refill unless I see the Doctor first". Staff never even checked before calling me to see I already had an appointment scheduled. Staff never pulled up my chart before calling me and had no idea what my meds even were. I wish Dr. Schwartzer would take a hard look at how staff are mistreating patients on a regular basis. Chris in billing is the only nice staff member. I have been a patient for several years but am considering changing doctors because staff are demeaning and rude. Nice doctor if you can take staff abuse!

He is a very nice doctor but over promises and underdelivers if your very sick...it's all in your head mentality unless you pass the tests.
