Went to this office to figure out where my joint pain (back, hips, shoulder) was coming from as a 25 year old, healthy girl. After seeing many others specialists, I felt a pain management doc would be best for my wide range of ailments. This office sent me on a wild goose chase. I had to make multiple appointments to even see a physician, finally got them to order me an MRI, in which I had to follow up on (by showing up in person every day, because the phone number doesn’t connect to the office location) to make sure they were submitting for MRI. This was a TWO MONTH process of them to finally request this MRI, only to submit to a radiologist that didn’t accept my insurance (which I made clear). So after two months and MANY office visits to check that they were doing their job, I got 0 answers. They sent me on a run around and it felt like an all around scam of a practice. I write this as it sit here 8 months later, in recovery for a DOUBLE hip labral repair. That went completely undiagnosed because of lack of urgency and respect from this office.
Staff is very nice. Very accommodating Dr ODonovan is Kind and understanding I’m really take this time with Me. Thank you I really appreciate you guys!!
10 out of 10
Enjoyed my visits for leg treatments at University Pain and Spine. I had treatments with Dr. O’Donovan. His Ultrasound Tech, Mike spent extra time to playing music (which I requested) during procedures and it really put me at ease. Ari, the Clinical Care Coordinator, was helpful for answering any questions I had about leg care. I always look forward to speaking with Nikki and Cristina at the Front Desk. Overall great team.
Dr. O’Donovan and the vein department This was a great experience. Ari, Nikki, and Crishna were wonderful. They always took the time to check on me after each procedure. They were attentive and answered any question that I had. Highly recommend!
Terrible communication from Tiffany. No accountability. Tells me last minute they don’t accept my insurance. Very scammy . Don’t recommend anyone to go here. Wish it could be a zero
Excellent experience and service. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make me feel comfortable. They send text reminders for appointments and answer all my questions. The doctors are highly skilled and perform the procedures very well. My recovery was swift and relatively painless. Highly recommend!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
