I really like Dr Ferges. At our first meeting we talked and it was very causal and he told me exactly what would happen during my procedure. At the surgical center he was very reassuring and I think it was the first time I didn’t have a panic attack before I went under. I felt like I was in great hands and he did a great job.

I had rude encounter with Heather one of the staff. She phoned half hour after my scheduled appointment to remind me that I missed my appointment again. Followed by conversation that I owed the office for missing appointments. She ends the call by hanging up on me. I thought that was rude. I have other doctors who sets series of automated reminders by txt, phone calls and patient portals. This one is not. I am shocked what I just experienced. Then she phoned me back again by saying I don't mean to be rude. I guess with this encounter, I don't feel comfortable going there again. My family goes there as well. For sure there will two who will seek a new more cordial office staffs

The office is terrific and so is Dr Ferges. It’s difficult to run a business in the pandemic times and they nail it. Great office, nice atmosphere, and Dr Ferges is personality plus, communicates beautifully. I felt really at ease. I’d recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr Ferges is a great doctor, but trying to get a refill from his staff has been a nightmare this year. It's always "we'll call today", but when you check the pharmacy the next day guess what they never called. This is the third time this is happened. I've been trying to get a refill for 2 weeks already. If this continues, it may be time to find a new doctor with better staff.
