So Mui Wong's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Wong is great but whoever answers the phone at the front desk is RUDE and NASTY. Every single time I call or they call me she has a nasty attitude. I called worried after starting a new birth control that I wasn't getting my period and she snapped at me that most people like not having a period because they save money and if i'm really uncomfortable with it I can call back again. She also talked to me like I was an idiot when I told her I had 2 birth control prescriptions coming and basically told me I didn't. it's really unpleasant every time I have to call or go there which is making me think about getting a completely new doctor unfortunately.

Have been going here for many years and have found Dr Wong to be so kind and caring. Nadine her nurse is the best. However, the woman at the front desk is the rudest, most condescending person you can imagine. Just hope you don’t have any questions because you will be treated like you are annoying and stupid. Don’t know why she keeps her. I refuse to stop seeing such a great doctor because of her, but I wonder if she loses other patients due to her.

Dr Wong and her nurse are the best. They make you feel important. Unfortunately however, her front staff Dorothy is the rudest , most uncaring, sarcastic and unprofessional staff I have ever met.

Absolutely love Dr. Wong! She delivered all three of my children and was compassionate when I miscarried twice. After an annual office visit today, I feel that a review on the office staff is necessary. Nadine is wonderful, she is personable, attentive and a warm soul. Dorothy at the front desk, however is none of those qualities, she is awful. She is condescending, rude and down right disrespectful. I am bothered that she can act in this manner as she is the “gate keeper” to appointments and general office management.I sincerely hope she encounters a person such as herself when she is vulnerable and questioning medical information or scheduling appointments. That would be the only way she could see how terrible of a person she truly is. I am happy that at this point in my life I am only going to Dr Wong once a year and have little contact with her, once a year is more than enough. I am honestly saddened that this is acceptable behavior in an reputable doctor’s office.

Dr. Wong is wonderful and I love her to pieces. Easy to talk with and and answers your questions well. My only problem and it's a big irritating one is the staff in the front desk. SHE IS HORRIBLE ! I don't know her name but someone else described her and it sounds like the same one. She is unprofessional and very rude ! There was one other staff and she was tall and slim and pretty and very sweet but I haven't seen her anymore. The rude one is short and stocky. Dr. Wong, get rid of her already. Please! II don't want to go to another doctor but I may have to if she remains your staff. I repeat,,,she is MEAN and RUDE.

I have been going here over 15 yrs never had a problem. Until one appt. I had to reschedule due to my period. I had Dorothy talk to me like she was the Dr. She told me the office has no late nights and I must come in next week if I want a spot. I had to use a half aday from work and pick my daughter from school early because I had no one to pick her. After I finished my visit nurse, I told the the Dr my situation she says I'm sorry I was not there I dont know was said, Dr told me the front desk staff document what is said on your chart, I noticed she wrote a paragraph of complaint on my chart. I have never been treated so harsh in on my life. Then I come to find out the women in the front desk Dorothy is the Dr niece, I guess family over patient rules. I am definitely looking else where. Advise do not cancel your appts you will be treated like a horrible person. Make sure to never cancel and get your period on time this family practice does not like you to cancel because of your period and just like a Baseball game three strikes your out. I guess I'm on my second strike and i am looking to get out.
