List of Bradley Kline's Reviews
I was given an appointment at 2.30pm, and there was only 1 other patient in waiting room at that time. However, I was actually seen by the doctor at 4pm (1.30 hours after my appointment time). The doctor is extremely inconsistent in his handling of my health issue. On one end, he tells me that I should go to an Emergency Room, right away, due to grave life-threatening dangers, and at the same time, he tells me I could go on a Cruise trip starting the Next day. If I had gone on the cruise trip the next day, per his advice, I wouldn't be on this planet, writing this Review.
Amazing doctor who is like any other. He takes his time and listens to you. He's the best doctor I've ever had. The first who sits and hears me out and even gives you notes when you leave to go over everything he spoke about during the visit so you have evidence
Dr Kline is a great Doctor, he genuinely cares about his patients, and takes his time to get to know you. His location is easy to find, and there are no issues scheduling a time that works for you. I would highly recommend him, as he always makes you feel like an important patient, rather than just a number.

I've been a patient of Dr Kline for over 20 years. He's a brilliant man. He truly cares for his patients well being. I always leave his office in good spirits because his enthusiasm for life is contagious. If you're sick or simply looking for a new doctor, you can't go wrong with Dr Kline. Best Wishes
The office staff is completely incompetent when it comes to referrals, and expresses no desire to help the patients. Worst service I have ever encountered in any customer-facing business. As soon as I find a new doctor, I plan to file a complaint.
I've had 4 primary care doctors over the years, and Dr. Kline (the only doctor here) is the best of all of them. It's due to both the time he spends with you (whenever he he should spend extra time, he will) and his care/advice (tied with my childhood doctor.) The downside is that because he'll often spend say 60 minutes with patients when the time slot is say 30 minutes, he'll usually run late for your appointment. You can mitigate this by calling his office before you drive over and asking when you should actually arrive. Office staff is less friendly than him because they are often stressed out over having to work long hours (for obvious reasons.)
Visits are thorough. Don't feel rushed. Good diagnostic doctor!
Staff is unwilling to communicate with specialist who needs a referral in order to see me for a serious condition. Billing manager refuses to pick up phone or respond to phone calls. Am seriously considering filing a complaint.
this office practice needs to update their process. They do not utilize the referral process within the system available. Patients are required to submit a written form which then takes a week to get into the system. They are very disorganized and not very helpful. In trying to reach the office manager, the answering machine was full. WHAT!! the doctor may be reputable but his office is antiquated. any other doctor office for a PCP can put a referral into the system in minutes, not 5 days.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
