Worst experience at a Doctor's office ever!!!! The office staff is the absolute worse. No professionalism whatsoever. The Doctor prances in like she's doing a photoshoot for Modern Medicine. She doesn't take the time to explain anything. I was supposed to have an office visit. I took a covid test because I was not feeling well. It came back with positive results. I called the office to tell them of the findings. Whoever's answering the phone is laughing & giggling. I explained my situation to her she then states oh I will just switch you to a telavisit which the Dr. will call you at your appt time which was 10:15. I called back about 12:15 to which she stated she's still seeing patients. She will get to you shortly. It is now 3:47 and I'm still waiting on my visit.... save ya energy FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!!!!!!

Rude, consistently over one hour late without explanation or apology. Lacking bedside manner. Shaky on medical facts. Truly low quality

Difficult to get an appointment with the doctor. She is also very quick when she does finally see you. The staff is not very friendly. I like where she did her residency and went to medical school that is the primary reason I stay with her as she had excellent training

I'm a current patience the quality of service was Good at that's when I was seeing Dr. Goldson I felt comfortable and Happy to have a Black Doctor. fast forward 3 years later maybe 4 the quality of service has dropped TREMENDOUSLY!!!! (my insurance coverage change I was sent to the blue office) as I'm typing this I've been on hold for over 30 minutes to ask why my rx hasn't been called in yet I've been without for 5 days now. The pharmacy has called, I've called and left a message Monday to is now Thurs. sadly to say I'll be looking for a new Doctor. Finally get thru and the young lady who answer had the nerve to try and get a little snappy but I slowed her down. FINALLY GOT RX FILLED. signed FRUSTRATED !!!!

I used to go there but her practice had advised me to go a counselor that made my mental health become worse than it already was.

Early on as a patient, I was quite pleased. Prior to obtaining company sponsored insurance, I received Medicaid; which Dr. D.G. Prophet did not accept, however, I had the opportunity of being seen by a Nurse Practitioner in her practice. At that point, it was the end for me. How uncaring, arrogant, snobbish and rude. To tell someone they may be seen by a Nurse, but not by a Certified Board Physician, due to the insurance. Sounds like the GOP to me...

Went to her office twice, never saw anyone resembling a doctor. After long wait, though I was the only one in the office, I was seen by a physician's assistant who sent me off to get blood tests and scheduled me to come back in a month. When I returned, they lost my appointment and refused to see me. No one ever contacted me to rebook or other.
