Dr. BOLLARD IS A CARING ,VERY KNOWLEDGE DR. HAS TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY! HIS NURSES ARE GREAT ALSO! JOAN RENTON&FAMILY

I was very sick with fever and cough I was never seen personally by any of the doctors I had a visit with dr. Casella over video( BTW this was not the first time I was sick and seen over video)I was told to go in for a Covid test. Two days later I was still waiting for results I called the office Erin with an attitude tells me to call back the next day. I call the next day no results I was told someone would call me back. To make a long story short after 5 phone calls and a week gone by still no results I could not go back to work because I had no results yet. I make one more phone call and Erin with an attitude tells me I should have called to get my results. UH? Did she ever take notes, make a report, noted my conversations with her over a week any where? I asked her to let me talk to the doctor, she said to me I had to make an appointment, which was going to be billed my my insurance company. I love dr Bollard he is a good dr, but the staff unprofessional, rude, and don't care.

Great Doctor!

Husband Called Dr office over week before procedure. because He was informed to call them for further testing. After a week no call back. Called dr 3 days before procedure Dr said I need to contact two specialist! Frustrated because this could have been felt with on original call to Dr! Now post pined procedure, post pined surgery and had to change all times taken off of work! Could not get specialist in time.

I have been seeing Dr. Bollard for years. Of course my visit Is not always "perfect" . Sometimes i need to wait, sometime the staff is hurried. Usually when i see him for a cold he is quick but i have had serious issues which were handled with more time. He is an excellent doctor that cares especially when you have a serious issue or ongoing medical problem.

I went in with a bad cough. And he diagnosed a heart problem. Dr Bollard saved my life. I went to the hospital and they drained fluid that was squeezing my heart. Quite a catch.

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING THAT HE HAS A POOR BEDSIDE MANNER AND THAT HE IS RUDE. MY HUSBAND, MYSELF AND OUR 2 SONS HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING TREATED BY DR. BOLLARD. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AND WHAT HE CAN DO TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER. IF HE FEELS THAT YOU SHOULD BE SEEN BY A SPECIALITS HE WILL GIVE YOU ALL THE INFORMATION AND NUMBER THAT YOU NEED. RUDE I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT AND WILL TRUST HIM WITH MY MEDICAL CARE ALWAYS. HIS NURSES AND STAFF ARE GREAT AND TRY TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY THEY CAN. I KNOW HE CARES ABOUT ME AND MY FAMILY.

Have been going to Dr. Bollard for years and would never switch to another doctor. His treatment has been spot on each time ,and has referred me to excellent specialists when he felt certain issues required that direction. He remembers family history , allergies to medications and discusses variety of treatments open without unnecessary tests nor medications.

He is a caring, great doctor. He has helped me numerous times to feel better and get my health back on track. He has seen me through back and neck issues, weight loss surgery, knee replacement surgery, and breast cancer. He is always there to help me and guide me through all of my medical conditions. I’m so happy I found him when I moved back to NJ.

Dr Bollard was very unprofessional and rude to me during an office visit .
