Really like Dr. C. Nice, engaging, funny. Very caring PCP. Pretty easy to get into. Has been my PCP for 10 years. Never had any issues.

Dr Casella is a wonderful physician. He's smart, pleasant, asks questions, talks to his patients, and is genuinely invested in his patients and their wellbeing.

Doctor Casella listens to you, we have been to other doctors told them our complaints and nothing done, finally we changed to Dr. Casella and find out that we had things wrong amd now fixing it.

Dr. Casella is great. Can't say the same about his office staff. Been trying to get a script filled for over 2 months now. Not happening! Went to the office last night after work to pick up the script and was given a photocopy instead. Receptionist wouldn't transfer my call so I could speak with the person that the Doctor told me to talk to. Outrageous!!!! FYI, the nursing staff is great. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE: Was in the office this morning, front desk was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Our past interactions must have been just bad days all around. If anyone in the office bothers to read this stuff thank you for your help. I really do appreciate it.

Dr Casella is great! the staff is horrible! the receptionist is the nastiest person i've ever come across. it's a shame that some great doctors lose business because they hire such terrible staff!

So upset with the staff at S Sparta location. Today was by far the worst experience I had thus far. The doctor is lovely and caring but the staff makes it practically impossible to feel any type of reassurance in your care. Today’s example: I called for a refill pick up on my rx. The phone call as always starts with a please hold, no greeting. When I asked for my refill, the receptionists read a wrong dosage and phone number. I updated both, she did not confirm the updates. I was close by so I decided to go to the office. The woman did confirm the updates but again another brush off. I drove 45 mins home in traffic to a voicemail on my home machine (the incorrect old number!!).. a voicemail received 10 mins after walking out of the office, my rx was ready. This is my first time writing a review but I had enough with feeling rushed or brushed off by the staff on S Sparta, office! Other examples, standing at the office waiting til the receptionist is done ordering new tires, that particular example was Oct 31st. I could go on, disgusted!

Terrible should be ashamed of himself

He is terrific, there when you need him to be.

Best doctor I've ever had,been seeing him for over 2 years now,and honestly I've looked for a good primary doctor for a long time and I was so happy to finally find a good doctor who actually listens to me and cares.
