List of Marie A. Czaplicki Margiotti Md's Reviews
Staff very confused, did not know how to schedule appt. Office in Sparta not very clean. Visit was very rushed, no questions answered.
My daughter broke her ankle on vacation called made a appointment for the next week very friendly went the following week to the office very clean not a long wait like 5 minutes nurse Doreen brought us to the back very nice lady Dr. Margiotti came in after she went over my daughter's x-rays told me what needs to be done how she is going to fix her ankle then with all this covid going on had to wait until the next week. Met Dr Margiotti at the hospital that following week for surgery went over what she was going to do to insure me my daughter was in the best hands. Alittle over 3 hours my daughter ankle was fixed. Dr Margiotti came to talk to me about the the surgery that it went very well an to make sure I call for appointment for a follow-up appointment to get her staples out an x-rays In 10 days. When the rap came off an I seen my daughter's ankle I was so happy with the way it looked Dr Margiotti did a great job. Thank you Dr Margiotti an staff for being so nice an amazing job
Does not do follow up visit after surgery.
Did not listen, unprofessional, and overtly hostile. Never seem a doctor like that! She got all upset cos I looked at my mri cd, well why can't I? She had several 'reasons', all total bs (confirmed by the mri place or basic knowledge of computers): 1. you can't look at it or it will ruin the encryption or 2. Violate HIPAA or 3. Give us a virus - all that is pure BS. She wanted a new disc that I had not looked at, I agreed though I reiterated that her reasons were unfounded....then she called back and said she couldn't trust me. Excuse me? I did a thing I had every right to do and no reason to think she would mind, then when I agree to her weirdness she cant trust me? I would not trust her to brush my hair, let alone give me appropriate medical treatment. Awful, awful attitude.
Worst Dr experience. Not only is the staff rude and dismissive, the entire office is disgusting. Open doors to staff areas reveal unorganized piles of junk, which is not at all surprising after having the Dr and Aid loudly complain about not being able to find anything. No one asked how my broken hand was feeling, they just yelled back and forth to each other about other patients, using names and medications. They could talk about other meds but treated me like a drug seeker for daring to ask for ibuprofen, which they then lied about sending to my pharmacy. To be fair, it could never have gotten there because they also had my birthdate wrong on their forms. I tried to correct the prescription error only to find they don’t even answer the phone, it doesn’t even ring. I waited 30 minutes in a stuffy room furnished with equipment probably looted from a dumpster, listening to them yell about patients, only to have the yelling continue in the exam room, which they entered without knocking. The Dr scolded me for following her directions by taking my cast off for X-rays the previous day. I was told “get the appointment as close as possible to the day of your next appointment.” But this wasn’t good enough apparently, though I wasn’t told. I brought up an email I received from the office that said it would post care instructions, but it was blank. This was the only time the they were silent. When it was time to mold another cast, the Dr hastily left the room and told the Aid to carefully hold my hand to shape the plaster, which she did by impatiently tapping and swaying for about three minutes and said “good enough.” It was wrapped with the incorrect size gauze because they hadn’t ordered enough supplies, or simply couldn’t find them and gave up. This same aid clearly just wanted to leave for the day, at 11 am, which I knew because she shouted it several times. Don’t go here. They don’t care about patients, they don’t care to do their jobs. You will have better luck treating yourself from the same dumpster they get their supplies.
Terrible bedside manner and care. Poorly stocked and dirty. Rude and inattentive. Does not care about pain or put the patient first.
Dislocated ankle and broke in 2 places. Dr. Margiotti was fantastic! She was very thorough and did an awesome job. With hardware and a 3-month recovery, I was good as new. I was running, wearing high heels and back to my normal routine in no time.
I broke my ankle is 3 places. This was during the corona19 pandemic. I Went to ER and they contacted Dr. Marie A Czaplicki-Margiotti. I was advised to call her the next morning to review my situation and set up an appointment, which I did. I called before the office opened and left a message. I received a call back within a half an hour. The nurse calling back was already aware that I would be calling and told me I could come in as soon as I could get there. Extremely nice and understanding. I was on my way at once about 30 minutes from my home. When I arrived the nurse could not have been more helpful. Welcomed me and helped me with any questions regarding the forms I needed to fill out. After filling out the forms I saw the doctor in less than 5 minutes. Also very welcoming, the Dr had a wonderful bed side manner which means a lot to me. Very calming and caring. Went into all aspects of my injury and when I asked her to repeat something, she was great. I was very worried walking into Dr. Marie A Czaplicki-Margiotti office with regards to my injury, when I left I could not have be happier with the overall service and care I received. Excellent. I have a follow up appointment In two weeks. Thanks to all.
HORRIBLE Waste of my time to humiliated by her staff not a great way to start your day out in pain only to be brutalized by her always right mean nasty staff. I left crying should have read all your reviews first. I will make to call Dr. who recommended her and tell him what I think!!!!!
Worse dr. Experience ever. I never cared about bedside manner just fix me and send me on my way. But no couldn't even do that. Instead i get rude responses from people who obviously are only there for the money and don't want to work on a difficult case. 3 weeks in and still no diagnosis

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
