Dr hall is a terrible doctor! He works at hackettstown hospital in the emergency department. I have a stone in my kidney and he put a stent in. A week later Icame back in told him I was in extreme pain he said there was nothing wrong. Two weeks pass by I can’t take the pain anymore so I rush back to the hospital where dr hall keeps me for 4 days just to tell me he is not doing the procedure to remove the stent and blast the stone. He said if I would like it done to come to his office and get it done (which he does not accept my insurance!) and if not he’s just gonna send me home with pain meds and antibiotics, just deal with it he said! GREAT DOCTOR! Runs up the insurance for stay and refuses to do surgery! Do not, do not ,DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!

Not sure about the other reviews but my experience with Dr Hall has always been extremely positive. He’s a really good doctor. Also reception/admin seems to be overwhelmed (however they always are nice & keep their composure) but most doctor offices are like that especially when you need a face to face appointment.

Terrible doctor. Went in there with a serious concern. Just left the er and got recommended to go to him. First off not very personable at all. Saw him for 2 minutes. Asked me question about why the Er did certain things. I’m not a doctor. Tried to explain my issues he didn’t want to listen. Just looked at me and rushed me out. He then prescribed me a medication to which I could never fill because he never answered the pharmacies phone call. Or fax. Tried to call the office and get put on a hold lasting I can only imagine till they want you to hang up. Terrible experience. Horrible doctor. Horrible practice.

Look for a better urologist. This one has failed to explain the side effects of cystoscopy and confirmed he could get the stone out. After two cystoscopy, he couldn't take the stone out. He even wrote in the report the wrong size of stone. He's a irresponsible, incompetent doctor I have ever met.

My father has been seeing Dr Hall for many years now. I attend most appointments with him and I have to say that Dr. Hall is a wonderful doctor who is knowledgeable, personable, and really takes the time to explain and discuss our many questions. Thank you Dr. Hall! My father has been improving steadily under your care.

Does not talk to his patients or take time to understand concerns. Always in a hurry and doesn't consult charts or discuss treatment options and obstacles. Office staff is nice, but completely overwhelmed and overbooked. Long hold times on the phone(30 minutes +) and long wait times at the office.

Outstanding

Dr Hall is a terrible Doctor and an arrogant useless human being. He does not care about patients at all. There is no effort made to diagnose issues and he will not take the time to speak to the patient at all. He keeps me waiting sometimes up to 30 minutes and then when my appointment happens, he can't wait to get out the door. I strongly recommend finding any doctor other than him.

Not happy at all w this office in Sparta!!! First off telling us we had to take my father for a Covid test the day we go to the office for an appointment they never told us before hand so our appointment got canceled go and get test done and then we have to wait over a month for an appointment. Tried moving appointment up and of course there’s no openings still waiting on the paperwork that they were supposed to send us and as of last night my dad is back in the hospital with a kidney infection!!!!!!

Excellent dr. He was very thorough during the initial exam and kept me well informed during the normally uncomfortable biopsy procedure which was done under a local. I think dr. Hall was upfront and honest about the prospects and possibilities but exuded a confident and positive approach Toward the future.
