It's not easy to need a wisdom tooth removed, especially when you're 74. I'm so glad my dentist recommended Dr. Alberto. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. Dr. Alberto patiently answered all questions, both before and after the procedure, even though written instructions are provided for after surgery care. She minimized the discomfort and calmed this nervous old lady. Dr. Alberto is the only medical professional who has ever called my house three days after a procedure to check on my condition. That's the kind of caring professional she is.

AMAZING! I had an implant w/ bone grafting as well as all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Alberto. She is very gentle, kind and strong for such a tiny woman! I was awake for all procedures and am just absolutely amazed how gentle one could be while extracting a tooth half buried in the gum and roots the size of Texas 0_0 During each procedure, Dr. Alberto would stop working, put her hand on my shoulder and ask me how I was doing. Dr. Alberto is wonderful and her staff is well! Highly recommend.

Demanded credit card payment up front for what they considered to be the patient balance after insurance. Being covered by 3 policies they received 100% payment from insurance. Had a lot of trouble getting my money back from her. Primary insurance company had to call and threaten to take the money back out of her bank account electronically. She never filed the third level claim so I was still stuck for a few remaining dollars. Charged extra for second shot of pain med.
