Dr. Bronstein has been my daughter pediatrician for 2-1/2 years. Always available upon same day notice if there is an urgent issue or if DD catches something from daycare. Dr. B gives solid advice which is always followed. My family is thankful to find a great pediatrician. Nurse Katie also has a knack for getting along with my daughter.

I really love Dr. Bronstein and her nurses are great. However, the office staff have no idea what they are doing. Trying to get someone on phone you can wait forever or have to call back and then they can be rude when trying to make an appointment. The billing department is the worst. They tell me I have credit then send me a bill. If it doesn't get better sadly I may have to change.

Her staff and she herself are dedicated to helping my children- I am very reaourceful and it have a pediatrician work along side of me in the healing and care for my children is majorally important- to have a team and to feel as an equal with your children’s dr! Is amazing-

I moved to Sparta and needed a pediatrician. I was able to get an appointment and took my children. Since my children are little I had the double stroller and bags galore! They seemed very impatient with me. As Dr. Bronstein evaluated my child who was sick, she became cross with him and yelled at me. She indicated that there was a problem since he wouldn't sit still. I told her I wasn't here for that, but the fever/cold. She said, yes, here some anitobotics. She then sat and told me how to raise my children. I looked at her and said, did you even look at his chart? He has ADHD! And the medication you just perscribed, he's allergic too! I left and refused to pay the bill at the front desk. They never billed me or the insurance company! I went to Vernon Urgent Care and the diagnosed a sinus infection. She said pnemonia, so Docs took xray to be sure - everything was clear! I haven't been back!

Very caring doctor. Spends time with each child to better understand the issues and is fantastic with the follow-up. She does the best she can in a practice that typically overbooks patients.
