If I could give this doctor no stars, I would. Bedside manner is atrocious.

He is very unprofessional, nasty and rude. Does not listen to the patient. In the middle of evaluating me walked out the door leaving me crying at the end of the visit. I do not want him as anybody doctor. Please save your time and get evaluated with someone else. As i was complaining of right shoulder pain related to work injury. He said you will always be in pain and continue the rest of the meds. Walks away this me needs to retire already i do not know how he became a doctor with that nasty attitude if only i can give this md 0 star i would

We had a very bad experience with this doctor last night. He is very unprofessional and unsensitive. When he came to the room to check on my dauther, he was load and nasty, we can barely understand him. He is not a good listener and doesn't care about his patients. This is the 1st time I had an experience like this in Care Station; they should not have a doctor like this one at their facility.

Told him I started going to the gym so I can lose weight and lower my blood pressure. His response was, “going to the gym doesn’t matter.” Grumpy and looked like he didn’t want to be there. Avoid.

I understood why after seeing Dr. Lao it took so long to see him. He is very disorganized in addition to being very hard to understand. I guess at his age it is hard for him to be on top of the new technologies. He also seems to have no knowledge of how to prescribe antibiotics after you have just failed on the same antibiotic prescription. Try other doctor- stay away if possible
