Dr. Pondt is EXCELLENT. Thoughtful, detailed, easy-to-understand explanations and wonderful bedside manner. She cares about me as a person. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr Pondt was very knowledgeable about my medical records and history. She listened closely and responded sincerely. I have not had to change physicians in the past and she and her staff made it a pleasant and relaxing encounter.

Dr. Pondt manages my sickle cell and is always available to help me when I feel helpless. Her and Mayra are angels. Thank you for all you do!!

My experience with Dr. Pondt is nothing short of wonderful. She is ever so patient, explains everything and will do so again if I haven't understood the first time. She consults with another doctor I had been seeing and continues to consult with another physician she recommended for my next step of this journey. I have written a review on Dr Pondt in the summer of 2019, after my mother had passed away under the care of this doctor. She was not honest, caring or attentive with my mother's advance illness of ovarian cancer. She seemed as though she didn't give a damn. I am so sorry I had given her a chance to care for my mother. When my mother tried to talk to her, after my mother had cat scans, Dr Pondt was very evasive. She never offered details of my mother's test results to her good or bad. I had written a more detailed review only to be erased. My mother didn't have problems with other staff members there but the doctor herself. My mother has died. But before she died, Dr Pondt never got in touch with the other doctors at hospice to fill them in on her condition. I hold Dr Pondt accountable. She did Not do what was necessary to present my mother's diagnosis to other doctors, who were attending her, at hospice. Beware of Dr Pondt and her practice. Seek medical attention elsewhere.

I have recommended Dr. Pondt to my family member, she did help her resolve her problem. She is also trying to figure out a resolution for me. Very happy with her.
