Having weight loss surgery with Dr Buwen has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. I am 12 days post operation and I am feeling amazing. Mind, body and soul. Dr Buwen is an extremely intelligent surgeon, who knows exactly what he is doing. Dr Buwen, thank you, you’ve changed my life for the better and it’s only going up from here.

The staff at NJBC in Springfield is so kind and supportive. They make you feel welcomed and I enjoy coming back and interacting with them. On the other hand Dr. Buwen was a little intimidating and I felt was cold. He barely looked at during our session and spoke to me like it was more of a sales pitch than it was a meeting to make me get healthy. This has not deterred me from coming back because I loved the staff there but I think that the doctor could work on his bedside manner.

Dr. Buwen and his staff are so friendly and helpful. Throughout the entire process, I was helped with any questions or concerns. I was always reminded if I forgot something. At the hospital the nursing staff was great and very concerned for my well being.

NJBC is best in the state! Amazing doctors and staff that make you feel comfortable and welcome, answer all your questions, and are courteous and professional. Very nice and clean facility in Springfield. Dr. Buwen is the best! Did my VSG surgery 6 months ago and it has been a great recovery since and the results have been excellent. Thank you NJBC for changing my life!
