Please. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY !!!I went to this medical facility and was mistreated by everyone. The doctor never sent my prescription to the pharmacy. It took 5 days to receive the results of my rapid covid test. When they sent me the results it was impossible to interpret. I tried calling anywhere between 20 - 30 times and was given the incorrect information. Which means I could have went to work and infected other in addition to family and friends.

My visit with Dr. Green, was very thorough, informative, educational, and a little humor with it. His visit had me determined to work on my health. I highly recommend him.
