Jose J. Pinto's Online Review Report Card

The reception is very rude. And I was asking for Dr. Jose Pinto, she just booked me a nurse. So bad! wont want to go anymore.

Dr. Pinto has been my doctor for years. He’s amazing. He takes the time to make sure I have any and all concerns taken care of and can leave my appointment without any doubts. The front desk/staff are great. They are so sweet always willing to help answer any questions I have.

Great Doctor but unfortunately the front desk is the rudest people that I ever had to deal with. They are so rude and make you feel uncomfortable but the Doctor is very kind. Even to make an appointment is horrible!

I love Dr Pinto! He delivered both of my children. He always answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable and was a pleasure to see. I got to know him much better because he has been my doctor for so long and he’s a sweetheart. An absolute gem in the medical field. He is one of the few doctors that actually cares and hasn’t been bought out by a insurance company. I can’t thank him and his practice enough. Cathy is awesome and the rest of the girls are sweet and understanding . Def see them! It’s worth the wait.

My first time to a New Jersey obgyn since I moved from nyc and I have to say that I’ve never met a doctor that made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Pinto and his wife Cathey are seriously the best. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

I am not sure if this is my second review, but Dr. Pinto and his staff are worth it! I have been a patient for years and prior to Dr. Pinto I was always told I had Abnormal paps, and nothing was done..until Dr. Pinto. He treated me and continued to monitor my issue and now I receive "normal pap smears"...I have read some really shocking reviews, and I cannot concur. He is always patient and I have never felt rushed. I am exremely comfortable with him and have never felt any discomfort during my exam. He keeps great notes and will remind you if you are not following a recommendation..I only dread the day he retires, because I do not trust "everyone" near my lady parts! The entire office staff is great and make me feel appreciated. I love Dr. Pinto and his staff (this review was not compensated in any way...Dr. Pinto is a credit to his profession).

I found out I was pregnant in between doctors so I set out to find a great OB. Dr Pintos office kept coming up as highly ranked and I took a chance. I’m sooo happy i did ! i had A very complicated pregnancy (HG all 9 months and had hemorrhaging at 3 months and again at 5) the office was extremely supportive and always answered my questions. The front desk is very professional … both Cathy and Jessica are my personal favs ! Even their billing and disability dept is sooo pleasant. My delivery was nothing short of eventful but Dr Pinto talked us through every step of the way. I even Got a call to check on my while the office was closed… those are the kind of things that make patients feel cared for. Even post partum.. they stayed open late for me because i was having issues with ppd. This is a safe space and my family will forever be greatful. They speak English, Spanish and Portuguese! I would HIGHLY recommend going here.

I love Dr. Pinto, I've been going to him for years. Even followed him to 3 different locations. I have never had a problem & his staff is always willing to help

Dr. Pinto it’s a great doctor and I could give 5 star to him but one of the receptionist he has now is awful. She didn’t care that I drove for 45 min in the snow day, still cancelled my appointment because I was 20 min late. I wasn’t aware about their 15 min window policy that she repeated few times but still one time exception for a bad weather day would be a nice courtesy approach for someone who has been his patient for over 20 years. Hope you don’t have to deal with her.

Dr. Pinto delivered my 2nd baby, and I had such a wonderful experience! I had never met Dr. Pinto before - he was filling in for my primary OBGYN who was unavailable for my labor. Dr. Pinto was so kind and informative, he listened to our questions/concerns and explained everything very well in detail. My labor went so smoothly and he gave lots of guidance every step of the way. He also did an excellent job with my son’s circumcision; even my pediatrician mentioned that he did a great job. Highly recommend!
