I had my check up with Dr Shah and everything went well the office staff were all great and pleasant with the covid precautions. The person who drew my blood was great and there was no problem. I would recomend this office to anyone Great job

Dr. Rao is AMAZING! She is always so thorough in explaining everything & I couldn't thank her enough! She makes my family & I at ease when talking about my diagnosis & treatment. I couldn't have asked for a better Oncologist! The staff is always a pleasure as well. Jessica, the Jack of All Trades, is ALWAYS so joyful & amazing! Also the Christmas Decorations are a nice welcome when coming to the office.

I have been a patient here, as well as my daughter and son in law for many years. Dr. Rao is excellent, knowledgeable and caring. We are so lucky to have her as our doctor. Can’t say enough. Marlene, the nurse practitioner is wonderful, very thorough and detailed. The entire office is pleasant. I don’t care if the waiting room is crowded and they are running late, I don’t mind waiting at all! Excellent doctors!!

This is my second visit with Advanced Care Oncology & Hematology at the Springfield location and it was nothing short of amazing. All the staff from the receptionist to Dr. DeSai and the nurses who administered my treatment did an EXCELLENT job with make me feel more than comfortable. They explained every thing throughly and answered each question I had. I highly recommend Advanced Care Oncology & Hematology to anyone in search of a facility.
